SQUAD NEWS: Reece Fyfe Retained

We’re delighted to announce that Reece Fyfe has agreed to return to Quorn Football Club for the 2024/25 season.

Reece joined the Reds during the 2022/23 season, making 18 appearances and helping the club to promotion through the inter-step playoffs. Fyfe appeared in 39 of the club’s 45 matches last season, playing various positions, but thriving in central midfield during the late season playoff push. Fyfe has scored three times in 57 appearances for Quorn, including in the home win over Walsall Wood, and a stunning strike away to Sutton Coldfield Town last season.

“I’m excited to be here again going into next season.” Stated Fyfe, continuing “Hopefully we can take a lot of last seasons positives into next season, and really push on. We have a really good bunch of lads, and that was a main reason for me to stay here at Quorn. Personally I feel I still have a lot to prove to people. I had a few glimpses last season, at the beginning and towards to back end, but I’m confident I can showcase myself more this coming term. I’m excited to go into the season with Bez, Matty and Shaun leading us, and I’m 100% positive we can all have another amazing season together.”
