SQUAD NEWS: Silvio Bello Retained

We’re delighted to announce that Silvio Bello has agreed to return to Quorn Football Club for the 2024/25 season.

Silvio joined the Reds during the 2022/23 season, making 11 appearances and helping the club to promotion through the inter-step playoffs. Bello appeared in 39 of the club’s 45 matches last season, playing at full back or wing back on either side of the pitch. The talented defender also made one appearance at centre-half, scoring a superb header in the 1-1 draw away to Bedworth United.

With 50 appearances under his belt, a return to Farley Way is welcome news for recently appointed Player/Manager Ryan Beswick as he builds his squad for the 2024/25 season.

“I’m excited about staying at Quorn, as I enjoyed my football here last season” revealed Silvio. “Having finishing in the playoffs, I still feel that this group has more to offer. Hopefully, we can go a step further this season and push on.”
