FIXTURE NEWS | Anstey Ties Reversed

The Pitching Inn Northern Premier League have confirmed that our fixtures with Anstey Nomads have been reversed due to concerns regarding the Cropston Road pitch.

With the away tie already subject to three rearrangements, the clubs have been proactive in avoiding another postponement. The fixture had previously been postponed due to the FA Trophy progress of both sides, then a power failure in Anstey village and, most recently, a waterlogged pitch.

Storm Henk has seen the Cropston Road pitch submerged, so the decision appears to have been vindicated already. Quorn will now host the first of the two matches between the rivals on Tuesday the 23rd of January (3pm KO), with The Reds visiting Anstey on Saturday the 24th of February.
