SQUAD NEWS: ‘Tizer’ Departs

Quorn Football Club can confirm the departure of Tyrell Shannon-Lewis. ‘Tizer’ made 33 appearances (including 21 starts) for the Reds last season after joining in the summer. The powerful scored five goals for Quorn, including the first goal of the season, when we took the lead against Carlton Town. Shannon-Lewis also scored two in the historic FA Trophy run, at home to Leek Town and away to Stafford Rangers, but one of the goals of the season was his last-gasp winner in 3-2 win away to Corby Town.

‘Tizer’ has now signed with Sleaford Town in the United Counties League Premier Division North. We’d like to take this opportunity to thank Tyrell for his time with the Reds and wish him all the best for the future.
